Description

The Air Cadet League of Canada hosts an annual effective speaking contest. Cadets will compete locally on a predetermined topic and the selected cadet will represent the squadron at the regional competition. They may be selected to represent the National Capital Region at the Provincial Competition in St-Jean and may be even be sent to the Nationals!

There is a pin awarded for participation at the regional, provincial and national levels.
